Lunch will be provided, bring a good pair of close toe shoes or boots, a pair of gloves, eye protection/sunglasses, plenty of water and some snacks.

Also don’t forget to bring your bike gear if you want to partake in a group ride of the trails afterward.

We will have professional crew leaders with us from Steele & Associates, so if you don’t know how to build trail, then come learn! :)

It goes without saying that the more volunteers we can get at these work parties, the quicker we can start riding MB5.

Please consider printing out this flyer and posting it at your local shop, park, business, church etc.

  1. I have ridden at Tribble Mill 3 times in the last two weeks and it seems to me that the trails have no rhyme-or-reason. You can’t tell where they go. I could not figure out which ones I had and hadn’t been on, or which way to go to ride the entire trail. It was very frustrating.
Fort Yargo on the other hand, is very easy to know that you rode the complete trail.
I guess my question is: Is there going to be signs or is there going to be some way of marking the trail to know which way to go to ride the entire length?

I will be there to help work on Saturday!

  2. Eric Spencer says:

Most people get confused at Tribble at first. Its best to ride with peole who know the trails until you get to know them yourself. Once you do, you realize the complex nature of the trail system is the best part of Tribble. You can ride there every day for week, and have a different ride each day. Signs realy won’t help, experience will. There is a standing ride there every Weds. night. Feel free to join us.
